Founded independently in 1972, VBFA and BNA spent more than five decades building trusted reputations—and frequently collaborating—across Utah and beyond. In March 2025, the two employee-owned firms united as RESOLUT, creating a fully integrated engineering practice built on shared values, complementary expertise, and a belief that more can be accomplished together.

Today, RESOLUT’s professionals provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustics, security, audiovisual, architectural lighting, controls, procurement, and commissioning services. With offices across Utah, Washington, and Arizona, the firm supports a diverse range of projects and clients throughout the United States and around the world—all with one goal: helping clients succeed through thoughtful, coordinated engineering.
