The Mercy Gilbert Medical Office Building was a new facility that includes core / shell space and associated tenant improvements for the following specialty clinics – Phoenix Children’s, Valley Women for Women and Healing Hearts Pediatrics clinics. This medical office building located adjacent to the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center offers several key specialties, from behavioral health and neurology to orthopedics, cardiology, pediatrics, OBGYN and many more.

The project was designed utilizing a Collaborative CMAR approach with the design team working closely with both the general contractor and the building owner. The collaborative effort helped to make sure the “basis of design” requirements was satisfied, and the project remained within budget. The collaborative effort included weekly design coordination meetings allowing design issues to be addressed and quickly resolved between the key team members.
