The Legacy Village of Sugar House is a senior living facility built in the heart of one of Salt Lake City’s best neighborhoods. Designing this 10-story mixed-use building with 4-level attached parking garage in the middle of a busy, urban area was challenging, but VBFA provided innovative engineering solutions for the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems that would both mitigate potential pitfalls in construction and ultimately provide a comfortable, safe living environment for the facility’s residents. The building also contains retail and office space, outdoor plazas, fitness centers, a theater room, salon, and dining rooms.
