Project Summary

Van Boerum & Frank Associates, Inc. (VBFA) provided the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection and process piping for the new Meldrum Science Building on the Westminster College Campus in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 56,667 sq. ft. building has four floors of research and teaching labs with total construction cost of $21.5 million.
