VBFA provided mechanical and plumbing design for this new middle school in South Jordan, which includes a gymnasium, cafeteria, auditorium, library, classrooms, and admin spaces. Challenged by the district’s edict to reduce building costs by 17%, VBFA met this challenge through innovative engineering that provided high-performance building systems that would also contribute to ease of maintenance.
