Manti LDS Temple Historic Renovation

Project Summary

The Manti Utah Temple is undergoing a major renovation since October 2, 2021. The renovation plan includes evaluating and renewing or replacing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Efforts to address water infiltration, primarily along the east wall and footing, are included. Audiovisual equipment will be installed in the instruction rooms, where the existing murals will be cleaned and restored. The historic spiral staircases in the temple will be preserved. The renovation is part of a multi-year project that is scheduled for completion in 2024. VBFA’s team provided mechanical and plumbing engineering as well as building controls for the project.
