LDS Salt Lake Tabernacle

The tabernacle was originally built between 1864 and 1867. It was in need of seismic upgrades as well as updating the entire mechanical systems with high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment. VBFA provided mechanical engineering services for this high-profile, historic renovation project. The most challenging part of the project was to make sure the appearance of the building remained unchanged.
