Huntsman Cancer Institute Phase IV

Project Summary

The fourth phase of the world-renowned Huntsman Cancer Institute is dedicated to medical research to advance understanding and treatment of childhood cancers as well as enhancing development of new treatments and cancer prevention strategies. It is the fourth phase of Huntsman Cancer Institute, and the fourth phase VBFA has provided engineering services for, including mechanical, plumbing, and civil engineering. This phase is connected to the existing research facility via two skybridges and doubles the campuses research capacity. Additional resources and technologies included with this phase include: cancer biostatistics, genetic counseling, genomics and bioinformatics, research informatics, laboratory bench space, 120-seat auditorium, and public meeting spaces.
